1. What version of Windows does NetAware work with?

Infiltrator will work with Windows 2000 and XP.

2. Does File Sharing need to be in use for NetAware to work?

Yes, NetAware is designed to monitor file share activity - if file shares are not enabled or created then nothing will be logged.

3. What does NetAware Log?

NetAware logs the following events:

File shares connected to by remote users

File shares disconnected from by remote users

Files opened on file shares by remote users

Blocked users trying to access shares

4. Can NetAware generate reports for presentations and viewing?

Yes, NetAware has a built in report generator for generating HTML reports.

5. Does NetAware monitor file share activities on other computers?

No, NetAware only logs incoming file share activity on the computer that it is installed on.
